FYI: Tried to create a support ticket for this but it keeps giving me the "Wrong support code" message even though I've entered the exact support code from the dialog. Anyway...

System is a Mac Pro (Late 2013) 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Xenon E5 with 12GB RAM and 256GB SSD

New VM of created from Windows 10 Pro installer. Cannot get internet in VM. Network is fine in host mac os (10.11.1).

Internet worked during install - license key was checked and verified and initial patch was installed during windows install. Then once Parallels Tools was installed and VM rebooted above condition arose.

I've run network troubleshooting and it says "One or more network protocols are missing on this computer". I've tried the "resolve these problems as administrator" option and it cannot fix the problem.

I've tried uninstall/reinstall of Parallels Tools always with the same outcome. Oddly, the first time I uninstalled PT when the VM rebooted the network came up working just fine. Then when I reinstalled PT it was back to the original issue. Subsequent uninstalls have not restored the network as the first time. I even totally recreated the VM from scratch with exactly the same outcomes.

Also, Ive run through the steps here http://kb.parallels.com/8978 - no joy.

No idea what to try now.

    HI,
It sounds like the W10 VM is missing some network files from the install. I presume you have tried both Wifi as well as trying an Ethernet cable connection?
in the cmd window what do you see if you type ipconfig?
