Windows 10 / Parallels Desktop 11.1 Full Screen Multi Monitor Display Issue

Hi

I have a new VM set up with Windows 10 Pro (With the November 2015 Update) and Parallels Desktop 11.1.0. When running with an external display (either Macbook Pro screen + external monitor OR two thunderbolt displays with Macbook in clamshell mode) the external monitor will not update unless I explicitly click on the window. The cursor moves, but the Windows UI and any apps on the monitor will not refresh unless I click on the screen.

With the two thunderbolt display setup it is always the primary (left most) monitor that has this issue. With the MacBook + External Display it is always the external display that has this issue.

This is highly frustrating. Anyone have any ideas?

If I run in Coherence there are no issues, but I prefer Full Screen mode.
