Does anyone else have this issue... When notifications trigger (notification slide out of the left hand side of the screen in OS X) my Windows VMs (both windows 7 or Windows 10) lock out the mouse. My mouse clicks do not have any actions and if video is playing, it freezes. Once the notification goes away, the VM catches up with the video and mouse clicks that happened while the OS X notification was overlayed. Is there any fix for this that I'm not seeing? Has anyone else seen this? My system specs: Late 2013 MacBook Pro 15" Retina 2.3GHz Core i7 16 Gb ram 512 Gb Flash drive Nvidia GeForce GT 750M video chipset with 2Gb vRam
I understand that I can disable notifications, but I want to be able to use both OSes side by side. Isn't that the point of Parallels - to use them both in parallel? Otherwise I could just bootcamp my machine and forgo parallels at all. I didn't have this issue in V10 and Yosemite, so it might be a bug in this new version and El Capitan. If you can add it to your bug list... If others have seen this issue and there is a fix that does not inhibit either OSes features and functionality, I'd love to hear it.
I also have this issue, only since upgrading to El Capitan. Would love for a fix or workaround that doesn't require shutting off notifications.
