Parallels Tech Guarantee 2015 v10 to v11 key not received

    Hi, I purchased a copy of Parallels Desktop 10 in mid October and registered it before the deadline for the Tech Guarantee. I have checked my email and spam, but haven't seen the key/information for an upgrade to version 11. I'm hoping someone on here can help.

    I've noticed that there are a few threads like this without any response from Parallels. I too am having the same issue. Could you please respond?
