Disable CMD Hotkey opens launcher/search in Ubuntu

Hey!
I installed standard Ubuntu in my Parallels for Mac version 10 running in Mavericks. Every time I press CMD it opens the launcher/search which is really annoying if you switch bach and forth between OSX and Linux and have to do a lot of copy/paste with CMD+C and CMD+V. Where do I disable this? Ubuntu settings or parallels.
