Can not get support via subscription license

    I purchased suscription license. (annual license), but there was some problem, and when i tried to get support, I just got email

    Unfortunately, your Support contract for Parallels Desktop has expired 2014-09-04 07:00:00.

    I purchased parallels desktop last year, and this year, instead of upgrading, I purchased sbuscription license, and ur system didn't allow me to get support.

    Of course I already registered my subscription to my account.

    What happen?

    I purchased & activated a license to Mac Parallels 11 on Aug 20, 2015. It was an upgrade from an older version. Now, when I submitted a Support request, I got an automated email:
    Unfortunately, your Support contract for Parallels Desktop has expired 2015-09-05 07:00:00.
    Please check your Parallels account for available support options or purchase support.

    Please help!!!!

    Hi @AaronG1 ,
    Could you please make sure that the you have selected the appropriate product which you have purchased in the ticket creation wizard, i.e. Parallels Desktop 11 or Parallels Desktop 11 Pro and check if the issue still persists.
