    Hi.

I'm on the latest version of Parallels (11.0.2 (31348)), and upgraded my MS Windows 7 to MS Windows 10. When I run apps from within the Windows 10 window, they open as expected. If I attempt to launch an app (like MS Paint) from the "Windows 10 Applications" button, I see the app icon appear in the Dock (with the Parallels vertical lines), and when I click on the app icon in the dock, the app menus appear. But the app itself doesn't appear on the screen... The "Show All", "Enter Full Screen", "Minimize", "Zoom" and "Bring All to Front" menu-items are greyed out.

I've double-checked that the apps executive (.exe) are where the link expects them. It seems the Parallels Link is simply not working, as if Parallels do not have permission to access the executable...

    Hi Ryan,
Please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article.
