Former Activation key lost - HELP!

    updated Desktop to 11..0.2 entered upgrade activation key but appear to have lost former copy activation key! How can I locate it please?

    Thank you. My previous license key was registered under my older email address. The above article does not show anything in my history of licenses. How can I retrieve my older license key?
