Desktop 9.0 and upgrade to Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11)

    I have upgraded to El Capitan and my Desktop 9.0 when signing in to bp Windows XP and Windows 7 appears to work seamlessly.
    What is the support issue?

    Hi, you can install the El Capitan update at your own risk and check how it works. As I know, it should work with Parallels Desktop 8 and 9, but in case of issues, we would not be able to investigate them as every version of our application has been designed with compatibility for a specific Mac OS version.

    I can confirm that Windows 10 runs with Parallels Desktop 9 (Build 9.0.24251) and El Capitan 10.11.1. Still evaluating.

    Hi all,
    Parallels Desktop 9 is not officially supported with El Capitan, you might end up getting errors. Suggesting you upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac, which is fully compatible.
