Problem re-activating Parallels

    I had to delete some preferences on my Mac and it appears that Parallels no longer thinks it has been activated.
    Tried inputting keys (after long search to find them!). And the also found the same keys on my Parallels support login.
    V10 key works fine, but requests older key as V10 key is an upgrade.
    Input v8 and v9 keys and both give me error message: "In this screen, you can enter an activation key only for Parallels Desktop Enterprise Edition".
    I've had Parallels for years on my Mac, and never had troubles prior to this.
