Hi, I had problems which I have posted previously, with regards to one of my POP email accounts freezing up in Outlook on Win7. I downloaded a trial of Desktop/Access 11 in the hope it might fix the problem (it didn't)... so I'm no better off with 11 than I was with 10 (which I purchased on 16/01/2015). Now I am unable to open my VM because it wants me to purchase Desktop 11... it seems very user-unfriendly. Please can someone tell me how to get rid of (uninstall) version 11 trial and return to the version 10, which I assume my product key is valid for until Jan 2016.
Bump. Can someone from Parallels support answer my query please. I have purchased 10 and wish to return to 10 from the trial of 11. I am unable to access my any emails as they are within Outlook in the VM.
