using a Mac book pro running Parallels 11 and el capitan. I have a Virtual of windows 8.1 and a virtual of windows 10 and wish to eliminate windows 8.1. how can one transfer my data files etc from w8.1 in to w10 and delete w8.1 I have no external computer to linkup and setup a transfer it all to be done internally in the Mac.
