Unable to update

    Hello
    I have parallels 11 on El Capitain,
    I received the window informing me that I can update my version, as seen in the attached screen picture.
    I have clicked on the Instal Update botton, but the whole window has disappeared, and no update is followed.

    Is it a bug, or something wrong went on my version?

    Hi Zvig, It's not a bug. You have to close the existing build before you are trying to install and upgrading to the newest build. Please shut down Windows virtual machine and you can download the latest build using this article

    Thanks Paul,

    It worked and now the latest version is installed.
    The updated version offered by the software update mechanism was not OK and now it is in place.
