Good morning, I don't find a way to contact commercial support for ask some questions. I would like to upgrade from PD10 to PD11 (or PDPro11) but I need some information: 1) if I upgrade to PDPro11 next year when you sell PDPro12 update will continue to cost me $ 49.99? 2) PD10 presents the same limitations of PD11 (in terms of memory and cpu)? 3) PD11 has no update (security or otherwise) until it comes out PD12? thanks you Moreno

Parallels will work on regular updates to improve the performance of Parallels Desktop pro Edition before next version release, You can also configure Parallels Desktop to check for updates automatically: Go to Parallels Desktop menu > Preferences > General > Verify that the Download updates automatically check-box is checked.
