I had to erase my MacPro because of the problem with using Outlook after installing El Captain, unfortunately about 1/2 day before Microsoft released the Office update. When I tried to re-activate Parallels 11, I couldn't enter the activation key although the first six and last six characteristics show on the screen. There's a message that its already registered. That's certainly the case when I installed 11 on the laptop. Any suggestions?? Dick
