Install the Windows via Boot Camp and then install PD11 or install the PD11 first and then install Windows on VM direct. Which installation method has better performance? Any pros and cons?
Using Boot Camp may have Windows activation problem as Microsoft would ask for activation again after installing the Parallels Desktop.
    Any suggestions?

Depends only if you need/plan on booting into Windows natively. If you don't, it's much more of a hassle to maintain a Bootcamp VM.

Performance is similar under Parallels, of course running Bootcamp will be faster when you boot natively into it as Windows has access to all resources.
It's easier to manage a non-Bootcamp VM, you can copy it, clone it, move it to another disk, etc.
