Hi, I bought PD 11 Pro license. In my account page I canceled auto-renewal subscription. But on second thought, I decided to re-enable it. In your KB123306 "Managing auto-renewal for Parallels subscriptions" (http://kb.parallels.com/en/123306) says, that when the auto-renewal is canceled, the action link changes its name to Enable auto-renewal. But this option (action link) doesn't appear in my account page in the Subscription Details. Two days ago I created a ticket Parallels #2165702 - Enable auto-renewal doesn't appear. To get an answer from you, I had to wait almost 24 hours, although I have PRO license. Guess what was your answer? You can directly try to turn on the Auto renewable option in your account page. You are laughing at me??? I just explained to you that this option doesn't appear in my account page! So, I reopened the ticket 15 hours ago and I haven't received any response yet. You give a very "good" service Parallels to your PRO customers. Thank you very much.
