Hello, I was asked by the installation procedure of Win 10 to add more ram to my configuration. I went to the Configure window where ram can be added as shown in the attached screen shot. The problem is that the ability to change the ram is not enabled. How should I increase ram on my parallels configuration? TIA

Thanks Kat, This is exactly my problem. If I close the VM then I got now window with the Configure commande available, as you can see in the screen shot attached. I can't find the commander Configure
Hi ZviG, The second menu you posted is the wrong menu. You want to select your vm but do not turn it on. Then along the top left near the " apple" there will be a list of items file- edit- view- action- Select Action at the bottom of this drop down menu will be "configure" select it > once the new window opens select>hardware> CPU & Memory> you can upgrade your RAM here (but you may need to unlock the lock at the bottom of the window with your Mac administrator password) then make the desired changes.
