Hello, I just upgraded my Windows 7 to 10 via Media Creation Tool on Parallels 11. And while on Windows 7 the screen resolution was perfect now on Windows 10 the screen resolution isn't good. Usually this is fixed by Parallels tools but now I don't see the option to install Parallels tools. Any suggestions? Thank you
Hi Jonathan, This knowledge-base article may help you to install Parallels tools: http://kb.parallels.com/en/112609 If you wish to make further adjustment to the screen resolution inside of windows 10 (not Parallels) you would go to the Start menu>Control panel>Display>Adjust Resolution>Resolution then select the resolution you desire. Kat PS You can also drag the corner of your VM to change the resolution but I do believe that Parallels tools should be installed to use that method.
