Hi, I am not satisfied. I have bought parallels 10 on the 18 of July and I have to pay again to have parallels 11. I would like to have a free update. Indeed, when I bought parallels 10 there was not any indications on the website, announcing the arrival of parallels 11. If I were aware of it, I would have wait the last version of parallels. Did I have a chance to obtain a free update ? Regards,
Hi @CARRE according to the Tech Guarantee only customers who purchase and activate the Parallels Desktop 10 on or after July 29, 2015 through October 31, 2015, are eligible for an upgrade to the next version of Parallels Desktop for Mac at no charge.Unfortunately we cannot provide you with the free upgrade.
This stinks - I am in the same position - I would have not bought parallels on July 5th if I had known there was a new release coming in the following month. Money grab.
