I have installed and activated Parallels 11 and I am trying to install Windows 10 using the usb stick provided. I get through the first few screens to a command screen which ends up with a message that says no boot filename received. No boot device is available, press enter to continue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I found and tried those steps a dozen times, always with the same result. It would start and then give me the error message; I would go to actions and reset and get the same results.

Hi Nancy, I am not sure but I think that in this case the installation media might be Corrupted. But lets try an alternative here. You can download a fresh installation media of your desired version of Windows 10 from this official link from Microsoft and then install the iso file of Windows 10 using this KB to create a virtual machine. During the installation you can use the same activation key that was provided to you with the USB stick of Windows 10 to activate your Windows 10.
