I have a MacBook Air and some years ago i purchased a Parallels product to run with windows. Now the subscription has expired and so it automatically gave me a message to purchase the parallels desktop so I then purchased it and now when i try to download it says not compatible with my macbook air. So what is and can I re order the correct edition and get a refund for this one. I have only just purchased it a couple of hours ago.
Hi @RoniP, yes you can get a refund in this case. You can purchase Parallels Desktop 11 only from our website. Please refer to this knowledge based article for the compatibility of Parallels Desktop on Mac OSx hosts. You can purchase the Parallels Desktop compatible to your version of Mac OSx from any third party vendors. Also please check your private message and provide me the information there so that we can help you with the refund. We would still suggest you to upgrade the Mac OSx instead of getting a previous version of Parallels Desktop as all the latest updates are available on the new version only.
