I currently am using Desktop 10 and Parallels Access. Will my subscription to Parallels Access be extended if I move to the Pro version of Desktop 11?
Hi GaryH1, the Parallels Access subscription that you will receive along with Parallels Desktop 11 pro version will not add up to the existing subscription however, the amount of allowed hosts will be increased. The amount of hosts will become 10.
Please clarify: do I get a full year of Parallels Access as of my purchase of Desktop 11 Pro? When exactly will it expire? Increasing the number of hosts provides me with no extra value. It seems to me you should consider refunding any portion of my Access subscription that is not going to be honored, or you should extend the current subscription accordingly.
