Configuration window on Parallel 10 keeps showing the message "to be able to change the settings on this page, resume the virtual machine and then shut it down". Virtual machine is in suspension mode, as instruction says. This is causing me not being able to upgrade to Windows 10 because currently RAM is set to 1GB only. Tried Parallel 11, too. I still can't change it. Any advise please?

    Hi Tom,
You need to actually shut down the VM to make any changes to the configuration. After you shut down/turn off the vm> right click (or two finger tap on the track pad) a drop down menu will appear>select configure>on the configuration menu >select hardware>Select CPU & Memory> make the desired change.

Thanks. "suspend" did not do the job but "stop" did.
