    OS X Mavericks (all updates)
    Windows 10 (all updates)
    Parallels 10 (all updates); Parallels 11 (new)

    My event log is being filled with:
    ================================================================================================
    "The network interface "Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets.
    Reason: The network driver requested that it be reset.
    This network Interface has reset 13 time(s) since it was last initialized.
    ================================================================================================

    The 13 times was over a period of 6 hours during which the network wasn't being used most of the time. (Almost all the Windows 10 phoning home has been disabled with group policies, disabling services and a default blocking firewall with net access locked down to via my local proxy.) It resets more often if the network is in heavy use. However, I haven't actually noticed any network connectivity disruption.

    I´m experiencing exactly the same thing here... While I can work without any limitations these event log entries really annoy me and I´d like to know what´s going on here.

    I had the exact same problem. Except it would sometimes cause the NIC in the VM to stop working completely - no network traffic in or out. If I disabled and re-enabled, it would work again for awhile but event log entries persisted. I found the same issue reported by a VMWare user and (unlike Parallels...) VMWare responded with a fix which was to change the NIC type. I changed my NIC type to "Intel Gigabit CT" and have not had any more issues or NIC reset event log entries. That setting is in the Advanced section of the Network settings for the VM.

    Probably a bug with the driver for the "Intel Pro 1000". Since the exact same thing happens in Parallels and VMWare, it may be a windows driver issue or some kind of incompatibility with virtualization.
