Upgrade to Parallels 11 won't recognize previous key

    I purchased the upgrade to Parallels 11 since I had previously been using Parallels 7. During installation of Parallels 11, my new activation key is recognized with a green checkmark, but nothing happens when I enter my Parallels 7 key. There is no checkmark and the Activate button remains grey. My only options are to buy or to try the 14 day trial. I have uninstalled Parallels 7 and restarted my computer. Please advise.

    OK , I'm Not a parallels expert .
    From the advertisements it states that the upgrade pricing for parallels 11 only applied if you have Parallels 9 or 10 (or 8 until a few days ago).
    I have parallels 9 (an upgrade from 7) and today bought the upgrade to 11 and the upgrade code activated OK.

    That is very strange, When I started Parallels this weak, after a few months, you offered me an upgrade to version 11 for 49,99 euro's. After paying i became the upgrade, installed it but no possibility to activate it, and now you tell me I need to buy the full version ?????? As the software maker you know I am a user of Parallels, why didn't you stopped the procedure and warned me that this upgrade is useless for me!!!! I upgraded several times and the last one was version 8.
    Why do you treat me as a new customer after al these years?

    So how can I get a refund? I requested a refund using Parallels' online contact system last week and have heard exactly nothing.

    Maria, please tell me how to act to get my money back, or how to act to get a full license when you already payed half the price.
    Cleverbridge Customer Support does not communicate with me after receiving my message. (589986) on 22-08-2015
    I need to run Windows other wise I have a problem. I can't install version 8 anymore after upgrading to 11. Please help me!!!
