Parallels 11

    Hi,
    after upgrading to version 11, I get in virus warning inside a Windows 8.1 machine.

    Avira Antivirus Pro, actual engine, reports TR/ATRAPS.Gen inside sha_micro_app.exe, this is installed inside the parallels directory.

    Can someone please check?

    I have also just received the TR/ATRAPS.Gen virus/trojan warning inside sha_micro_app.exe.
    My virtual machine is Windows XP on the trial version of parallels 11 (was using parallels 9 before).
    The virus warning popped up as the parallels tools were auto installing.

    Same problem on my system. AntiVir reports a virus TR/ATRAPS.gen. My OS is Win 7 Pro.

    Yes, You right I got the same In the sha_micro_app.exe.
    Seems the system to produce the application is corrupted.
    It have to be check

    Please check if are using the latest build of Parallels Desktop, by following this article . See if that fixes the issue.
