After upgrading my MacBookPro to latests Yosemite version and upgrading Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac to 10 my USB HASP dongles are still recognized but not powered (light off) anymore and not recognized from the appropriate software. When I plug the HASP dongle into the Mac USB 3 Port immediately the light of the Dongle goes ON and is recognized by Mac Software. When instead a Virtual Windows is running and I plug the USB HASP dongle into the Mac USB 3 Port the light goes ON and Parallels Desktop is asking where I want to assign the dongle. As soon I choose to assign to the virtual Windows7 the light goes OFF even when I can see that the HASP Dongle has been assigned to the virtual Windows by checking the top USB-Controller Icon from Parallels Desktop. When I deactivate / un-assigne the HASP dongle from the top USB-Controller Icon from Parallels Desktop the lights comes back and works for the Mac Software.
All this used to work perfect on Mac OS 9 + Parallels Desktop 9!
    I'm using Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac v. 10.1.4 (28883) + OS X Yosemite 10.10.2
Happens to ALL my HASP HL v.3.21 and 3.25.
Any idea to solve this problem?

Having the same problem. Has this been resolved somehow? I just went back to the previous version of Parallels, but that's not a good solution.
