No printing after upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7

    I am running Windows 10 after upgrading from Windows 7 in a virtual machine under Parallels Desktop for Mac 10 and MacOS 10.10.5. But after the upgrade to Windows 10 I can not print with my Mac printers furthermore. In the configuration menu I made a hook at "Add all Mac-printers" and the printers appeared in Windows 10. But when I try to print a document nothing happens.
    Did anybody know about this problem and how I can solve it ? What I did in the meantime is: Remove the hook at "Add all printers", new installing the Parallels Tools, make the hook at "Add all Mac-printers" and between each step a new start of Windows 10 - it did nor help.

    Hi Dhruba, as you see I wrote that I still re-installed the Parallels Tools !!!! I did it now once again after the removing of Parallels Tools.
    There is stil no printing at all. Nothing happens when I try to print out of a App - but all my Mac printers I can see in the printing menu. Any new idea ??
