Migrating PC Operating System to Mac Via Parallels- Is it possible?

I have an older laptop with Win7 Ultimate running. It is a Licensed version- but I was given the laptop and have no product key. Can I connect and migrate the PC to my MacBook pro within Parallels without this key? If not, any suggestions as to where I can find it in my system?
