I would like to allocate two monitors to Windows 10 and one monitor to Mac OS. Is this possible?

I am running Parallels 10, Windows 10, on a MacBook Pro Retina 13" that is driving two external monitors in addition to the internal monitor. Currently I have Parallels "Full Screen" mode but NOT in "Use All Displays In Full Screen". So I have Windows on one external monitor, and the remaining two monitors are Mac OS. That is Too Little.

If I select "Use All Displays In Full Screen", then all three monitors are Windows. That is Too Much.

Like Goldilocks, I am trying to get my porridge Just Right, which would be two Windows monitors and one Mac OS monitor.
