I have looked in this forum and increased my memory to 4GB and downloaded the Media Creation Tool (X64), however I still either get the message that Windows 10 won't install because of 1)Display Driver and 2) not enough memory, or when I use the MCT, the download screen stops at 0% and nothing downloads. Is this still a problem with Parallels? Thank you
I tried to use the creation tool to download to a USB on the Parallels PC and it still stuck at 0%. I then put a USB on my PC desktop and downloaded to it and it is now at 4% counting up from 0%.
Hi Terry729, Please follow the knowledge base article to fix Parallels Display Adapter (WDDM) in Windows 10: http://kb.parallels.com/123053 NOTE: for installing a 64-bit version of Windows 10 please make sure your virtual machine has at least 2GB of RAM assigned. To check virtual machine's RAM please open configuration menu -> Hardware tab -> CPU & Memory. To increase the memory you would need to shut down your virtual machine.
