    Hi all,
Please follow the instructions given below & check how it works :
    1. Start VM.
    2. Make sure that Parallels Tools process and services are launched:
      • Open Task Manager. Switch to 'Processes' tab and check off 'Show processes from all users' checkbox.
      • Make sure that there are three processes running:
        prl_cc.exe
        prl_tools.exe
        prl_tools_service.exe
      • If there no such processes, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Tools and run prl_cc.exe
      • In Task Manager switch to Services and make sure that 'Parallels Tools Service' is up and running.
    3. Navigate to the following directory: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Parallels\Shared Applications\ (where %username% is the name of your Windows user.)
NOTE: You will need to enable an option to show hidden files. Here is how to do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7
    1. Open this folder and If there are Mac apps, then try to launch them.
    2. Generate a problem report (http://kb.parallels.com/en/9058 ). After the report is sent you will see its unique 8-digit number in the pop-up window on your screen. Send us this ID number. NOTE: we will be unable to find your problem report without ID number.
    3. If you are able to launch Mac apps, then copy Shared Applications folder on the Desktop. Rename it according your convenience. Now drag this folder, navigate to Start > All Programs and drop it in the desired place.
