I have to burn my .iso, no others virtualizers on the planet suck like that. Dealing with people like you is a pain.
Hi NicolasK1 Could you please give us more details about the issue that your facing with Parallels Desktop for Mac and please provide us the steps to reproduce the issue (1,2,3...). so that we can help you better.
Sorry I was too much angry. Now I use indeed desktop 10 mac. It's true parallels desktop 10 integrates very good windows into mac os x. I apologize, it's a good software. But I ever the same problem: FreeBSD 10.2 isn't recognized by the software. Also I had no boots with FreeBSD 10.2 usb flash. The software ignore my usb flash. On my mac pro I use last solution booting on DVD and then in this it works but I have to have my CD-ROM ever charged with FreeBSD 10.2 Install disc. Without my FreeBSD VM freezes. As I haven't my mac pro with me, one mac book pro 2012 and the CD-ROM is out of order so I have to install FreeBSD with a usb flash. Is there a manipulation to unlock the software to recognize FreeBSD usb flash ? Thanks for answer(s).
Why do you insist on the USB flash? You download the .iso file, for instance to the Downloads folder on your main disk, and then you can immediately use it on Parallels, as is, you don't need to put it on a USB or CD.
That just means Parallels did not automatically identify the OS type (this is normal for any OS that is not Windows or a major Linux distro), but you can proceed (nothing prevents you from proceeding) and select the OS type manually.
