I upgraded Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 today following Parallel's KB article on doing so. No problems, only now I can't enter coherence mode and my display on a 27" iMac appears to be a 4:3 format with black space on both sides. Windows 10 says it's in Landscape so that's not the problem. Also, everything looks a little fuzzy and not at all like it did with 8.1. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like - http://take.ms/2hEtI
Hi LarryMcJ, Please reinstall Parallels Tools by following knowledge base article http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and let us know how it works. Thanks!
Thanks, Paul. I should have posted back that one of your other support folks answered this in another thread. She had answered something else and I mentioned this problem, and she provided the answer. I don't know if it's even worth posting the last, and now most significant problem. In Windows 8.1 Coherence works perfectly, but I've now tried upgrading it to Windows 10 three different times and end up going back to Windows 8.1. Here's what Windows 10 looks like in Coherence on my 27" iMac and it won't get any larger - http://take.ms/4Pd7W If Parallels 11 will solve this, I'll wait until it comes out, otherwise I need to find another solution for a Windows 10 VM.
