settings for view external device in windows by parallels

    hello, i have a big problem because i can't see any external device connected in windows! i check all in parallels, but for nothing! when i connect my external hdd, ask me "open in mac or windows". i specify open in windows but in device manager i can't see anything..

    Note : This article applies for Parallels Desktop 10.
