Having trouble activating parallels after reinstalling the OS due to a hard drive failure. The Old Parallels was deleted but it didn't seem to affect the activation status. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks

Same here. Just reinstalled the OS without uninstalling the previous copy. Now when I try to install + activate my Parallels 9 copy it says "you have reached maximum number of activations for my activation key. Please purchase a new product". Please help
Dishant, I you sent me the same inquiry yesterday and I responded, however I have yet to see my activations reset and I am still unable to use my copy of Parallels.
