Taking focus on startup

I'm running Parallels 10 with OS X 10.10.4 and Windows 7 Pro.

How do I prevent Parallels from stealing focus when I start it up. If I click back to a MAC app, Parallels just steals focus back when it gets to another step in the start-up process. I rather it just started in the background, and I could switch to Parallels when I am ready to use it.

Please do a clean boot on Windows 7 Virtual Machine https://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 (Excluding Parallels Services) and check how it works.
