Not seeing the 'get windows 10' icon

Hi:

I'm running a genuine version of Windows 7 enterprise. Is there a reason, I'm not seeing this icon allowing you to reserve a copy of Windows 10?

Hi JohnC3, Please install Windows updates and check if the issue still persisting.

Hi JohnC3, If you don't see the Get Windows 10 app (the small Windows icon in your system tray), it might be because, Your Virtual Machine is running Windows 7 Enterprise, which are excluded from this reservation offer. this info was provided in http://answers.microsoft.com/ , please follow the steps suggested at http://bit.ly/1HHzwpE to verify your device meets all the prerequisites and then turn on the Get Windows 10 app.

 

When my 'windows' starts...It shows Windows 7 Ultimate....That would mean that it is not 'enterprise'.....Correct??
