    Hi.
Okay, so I just fully downloaded Parallels 10, with Windows 8.1 last night, and I have looked everywhere but I seriously cannot seem to find a solution to this problem.
I am running Parallels on my Mac Book Pro, OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3. I have Windows 8.1 installed fully and everything is working fine, except for the audio. Both my Mac's audio and the audio for Parallels seems to be connected, however Windows 8.1 says there are no "Audio Output Devices Installed."
Please please please help. I'm honestly so frustrated at this point. I need the audio.
    Thank you.
    -Emilie.

    Hi Emilie,
Please follow the steps to resolve the issue :
Open device manager on your Windows Virtual machine , please refer http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/open-device-manager
Under Sound, video and game controllers --> Right click on Parallels Audio Controller --> Uninstall.
Please disable Firewall and Anti-Virus in Windows Virtual machine.
Then (re)install Parallels Tools as in the Knowledge Base article http://kb.parallels.com/4841
Restart Windows and check how it works.
