Hello, i am running Parallels 10 on my iMac and everything is fine. Sometimes i would like to access my VM from home or anywhere else outside from my Macbook Pro. I usually switch off my iMac after work or over weekends.
My idea would be to copy the VM on a server in our company network or have a copy of the VM made continously so I can access the most recent version always. What do you think would be the best technical solution?
Or is there already a solution without any workaround as above? I read about Parallels Access, is that what I am looking for?
I am a dumb user, no techie.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ralf,
Currently, we do not fully support virtual machines that runs from Network location. For the present moment there might be an issues with :
    • Creating/Removing/Reverting Snapshots
    • Suspend/Resume virtual machine.
    • etc.
Virtual Machines that runs from an external drive are supported. Please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/122874 for more information.
