    Hi,

I have been trying to install Windows on my Mac via Parallels, but something isn't working. I am using a late 2013 iMac with no DVD drive (25" model). No matter what medium I use, there's always an error in Windows setup, saying that certain drives couldn't be found. I tried to use the Boot Camp drivers, but Windows setup did not find the drivers. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi MarquisK,
Please follow the steps as suggested below:
    1. Please follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4729 to initiate Windows installation.
    2. In Step where it says Enter your Windows product key uncheck Express installation and uncheck "This version requires a product key" > click continue to check if the issue still persisting.
Note: If you uncheck Express installation, you will need to manually install Parallels Tools after the installation and manually activate Windows 7.

Thanks! The turning off Express installation worked.
