When running a Windows 8.1 VM, and playing DirectX or OpenGL games, when I try to connect to an external game server, or open the game, the VM crashes.
Have crash report and all logs if required. Running the latest version of Parallels.

Hi, you are forced to keep UAC enabled, then this becomes a Windows discussion, not an Orchestrator discussion.. that being said, a quick Google search revealed this older thread on another site which may be appropriate.Thank you.

What? I have a Macbook Pro Retina Mid-2014 with an external Nvidia GTX 970 SLI x2. My computer is well equipped to play games. I can run Bioshock Infinite on OS X at 60 FPS, max video settings. You don't know what you are talking about. It is a PARALLELS issue, since it works on my native OS. I have too many important files on the Windows 8.1 virtual HDD to 'reinstall' Windows. Please, come back when you know what you are talking about.

Excuse me? Not a PARALLELS PROBLEM? This is OBVIOUSLY a PARALLELS problem, not a WINDOWS ONE. These games run fine on Bootcamp. Please, just go away. Thanks for not resolving anything.

    Hello JoaquinL,
Parallels Desktop would support OpenGL 2.1 and DirectX 10.1, please check the system requirement of the game which you are trying to run.
Also refer to our knowledge base article http://kb.parallels.com/122485 for more info.

    Thanks,
    Padman
