    Right.
Or give more details - do you have Parallels Tools installed? if yes - did you try to reinstall them? What can you see in Device manager (run > devmgmt.msc) under Network adapter? any yellow exclamation marks?

please make sure that you are using Shared Networking. Then click Start -> Run and execute cmd.exe. Type in the appeared window command "ipconfig /all" (make sure that all output fits to the window). Then, without closing the window, click Parallels Destkop menu "Help"->"Report a Problem", send a problem report (it is not necessary to provide description) and post here the report ID.

Hello Eric: I'm having a similar issue. I recently wiped my Mac and reinstalled Parallels 9. Now, my wifi connection on the windows side gets dropped after (say) 1-2 hours of use. When I restart Windows/VM, the wifi connection is restored. I've checked the network setting and it's on shared. The Problem Report # is 62316255. Can you please help?

Hi, Semantj. Unfortunately, at the moment I don't have anything to reply about the root of the problem.
Try not to restart the VM, but to connect/disconnect Parallels Network Adapter (click on network icon at the top of the parallels desktop window and choose disconnect, then connect again). Whether it helps?

As a crude workaround I could suggest to assign a static IP address inside VM (right click on network icon inside Windows -> Network And Sharing center -> Local Area Connection properties -> IPv4 Properties). And assign IP address to be say 10.211.55.128, mask 255.255.255.0, gateway 10.211.55.1, dns 10.211.55.1.

Sematj, I would appreciate if you could help me to debug the problem via WebEx. I've sent a private message.
