Situation: I run Windows 7 through Parallels on my Macbook Pro Retina. I normally run my Windows 7 virtual machine on a secondary monitor with my Macbook Pro serving as my primary display with Mac OS X Yosemite. Every time I fire up Windows 7 on my secondary monitor, the Windows 7 virtual machine interprets my MBP as a secondary display and extends the display onto my macbook screen. To fix the problem, I have to go to Screen Resolution -> Multiple Displays -> Show Desktop only on 1. Its not a huge deal, but its something I have to do every single time I run the virtual machine. Question: Is it possible to force Windows to not extend the display when starting up? I just want Windows to be on my secondary monitor.
