Expired Parallels 10 trial has blocked access

My Parallels 8 installation and all VMs have been blocked by the expired Parallels 10 trial. I do not wish to buy this product as the
original 8 installation does all I need for the moment. Please advise how to get access.

 

Unless there is a P10 uninstall that I am unaware of you need to reinstall P8.

In order to use Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac , you will have to uninstall Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac trial version installed.
1. Uninstall Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac as : Click on Finder --> Applications --> Drag and drop Parallels Desktop to Trash, also use the utility: PDremove.zip in KB article http://kb.parallels.com/en/122653 , PDremove.app will remove Parallels Desktop (any version from 7 through 10) with all its cache and system files, except for the licensing information.
2. You can download Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac installation file from http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd8/ and install Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac.
