Demo Parallels crashes on startup

Graphics set to discrete.
ReFIT installed. Mac Yosemite and Windows 7 installed in separate bootable partitions.

I was getting an error message that indicated there was a problem with the .dmg package. I tried downloading it again same result.
Now it does not even provide an error message--nothing happens. I didn't see any thread that would indicate it is running in the background..

 

1. Reboot your Mac
2. Download Parallels Desktop from http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10
3. Run the .dmg, then run the installation file
4. Provide any error messages you face
