Lost old parallels key. have parallels 10 upgrade key. help?

Hi all,

i originally had parallels 9 installed on my mac.
i purchased parallels 10 and recieved a upgrade key.
this has been working fine.

however, i recently factory reset my mac and subsequently want to reinstall parallels 10.
sadly the activation is asking for my old key which i no longer have.

can anyone assist??

basically a big F/U even though i am a paying customer.

I checked your records with your email address and found only Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac upgrade registration.
Please let me know if you have any other email address in which you would have registered Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac license key through a private message.

Also may I know from where you have purchased Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac. If you have purchased from Parallels Online Store, please let us know the purchase Reference number.
