Coherence Mode Hides bar

Hello Everyone, as it is shown on the image below, when I enter in coherence mode and open a windows app, the bottom bar hides under the windows dock icons.
This is a huge issue when trying use apps such as excel...I can't change sheets.... zoom in and zoom out...
I do not want windows task or menu bar to be shown, and also do not want to change my mac dock bar to right or left.
Currently using Mac OS Yosemite and Parallels 9.

Hi Marcos,
Please follow the steps given at http://kb.parallels.com/113651 to hide Windows Task bar while running Windows Virtual Machine in Coherence mode. Go to System Preferences on your Mac > Dock > Check Automatically hide and show the Dock and check how it works.
