I am looking into getting a Macbook Pro either with or without discreet graphics. I have heard that Windows does not play well with discreet graphics and this can massively reduce battery life. Can you configure Parallels so that the discreet graphics card is ignored for the VM? I will only be using Visual Studio, and the integrated graphics should be more than powerful enough to do that and everything else I will do with the VM. Also anybody have any idea how long the battery life might be on the latest Macbook Pro 15", using Parallels for visual studio?
